How getting a tarot reading will work:
Your reading with be held in the strictest of confidence and I work hard to create a safe, supportive environment.

All tarot reading appointments must be prepaid to hold your appointment time slot.
Once you’ve booked and paid, you’ll be send a welcome email that will have a pre-reading form to fill out. Please fill out the form prior to your tarot reading. This helps me tailor your reading and get the most out of our time together.
Be on time for your reading. I recommend showing up at least 5 minutes early for your tarot reading whether in person or online. If you’re late, it will shorten the duration of the reading. The reading won’t be extended past the time booked.
If you booked an online reading, click the link in the email you were sent and it will open Google Meet. This is where the reading will take place. Make sure you know how to use Google Meet and have it ready on your phone or computer prior to your reading. I won’t be able to trouble shoot for you during your appointment.
Once your appointment begins I will ask you if you’d like me to recored the reading so I can send you detailed notes after your reading. You may always decline.
We will spend the first 5-10 minutes of your tarot reading discussing what you’d like to know or need help with. We will work together to come up with a powerful question about your situation.
I will then pull cards and begin the actual tarot reading.
You can ask questions, comment, say what you’re thinking or feeling during your reading. I encourage you to participate anyway you feel comfortable.
Depending on the time allowed and if you feel like you got a satisfactory answer to your first question, you may ask more questions as time permits.
During the last 5 minutes of your tarot reading, we will review the reading and come up with a plan or next steps to take as needed.
We will wrap up with an Oracle Card from the Moonology Deck that provides nice closure to the reading.
If time permits after your booked appointment time, you may extend your reading for 10 minute increments for $10. This must be paid via Venmo before the reading ends.
After your tarot reading, you’ll be sent an email by the end of the day with a link to a private folder where you’ll find detailed notes and images of all the cards pulled during your reading.
You’ll also receive a feedback form about your reading. Please consider filling this out as it helps me continue to improve my readings and provide better service. This form can be filled out anonymously.
I will follow up with you one week after your reading to see how you’re doing or if you have questions.
Tarot readings work best when there's a degree of openness. If you're coming with the primary intention of testing or disproving the reading, it may hinder the flow and accuracy of the insights. I want to ensure you get the best possible experience.
My aim is to provide helpful guidance and that requires a collaborative approach. I take great care to create a welcoming and productive environment for you during the reading.
Myths you may have heard about Tarot Readings

Nope! A Tarot Deck is just 78 pieces of paper with pictures on them. That’s it. There’s nothing evil about the tarot. It’s no more harmful that looking at a painting. You and the reader are who assign meaning to the images and the reading itself.

We’ve all seen the movies where the Tarot Reader pulls the death card, everyone goes silent and freaks out, and the next scene someone dies.
That makes for great horror movies but isn’t how tarot works at all!
The death card doesn’t mean you or someone will die. The Death Card represents the cycles of life. When it comes up in a reading it means that something in your life is ending or needs to end for something new and better to begin. It’s about rebirth not actual death. Whew!

The Tarot is meant to empower you and help you find answers. Most readers want to help you and give you a path to the life want or answers you need.
Sometimes the tarot may give you an answer you don’t like, such as breaking up with someone who’s been terrible to you, but that doesn’t mean that’s a bad thing.
If you’re getting a reading and it’s all doom, gloom ,and scary, that reader is not for you. Usually when this is happening in a reading the reader is purposely trying to scare you so they can tell you you’re cursed and scam you out of a bunch of money. (You’re not cursed btw)

Tarot Readings can be many things for people. The way I read for clients is to empower you, get you answers and a plan.
I may get psychic hits during a reading but I don’t do predictive type readings that tell the future.
Can readings be predictive? Yes. But it’s never ever set in stone. It’s more that these are the possibilities about what could happen but you have free will and your own agency to make choices that will always affect your future.
A reading should give you a path and a plan with choices that you can make to get the outcome you’d like.
If a reader ever tells you something is guaranteed to happen I’d be very skeptical. No one can predict the future with that much accuracy.
And you can ignore the reading if you want. There’s no rule that says you have to listen or like the reading your given. But the universe does have sneaky ways of making sure you get the point if you decide not to listen!

Nope! I’m not a mind reader and I doubt there’s any reader out there who is. I don’t know what you’re thinking, so you’re safe. However, tarot readers can get psychic or intuitive hits that are very dead on or accurate that may make it seem like they are mind readers, but I promise we aren’t.
